しかし、ひとりの兵卒がやりでそのわきを突きさすと、すぐ血と水とが流れ出た。

זה הוא אשר בא במים ובדם ישוע המשיח לא במים
לבד כי אם במים ובדם והרוח הוא המעיד כי הרוחהוא האמת׃
This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.
このイエス・キリストは、水と血とをとおってこられたかたである。水によるだけではなく、水と血とによってこられたのである。そのあかしをするものは、御霊である。御霊は真理だからである。
